IKO Cambridge and Dynasty architectural shingles. Both carry a 25-year warranty and hold up well against coastal weather.
Gutter Installation
5-inch and 6-inch K-style seamless gutters. Which size you need comes down to your roof pitch and how much water comes off in a heavy storm — we'll tell you which one makes sense when we're out there.
Gutter Protection
Gutter helmets sit over the gutter so leaves and pine needles can't build up. If you've got tall trees around the house, they're usually worth it — especially with the pine down here.
Free Roof & Gutter Inspections
We get up on the roof, take photos so you can see what we see, and let you know if there's anything worth addressing. Sometimes there isn't — and we'll say so.

If we miss you, you'll get a callback the same day. We'll ask what's going on with the roof and set up a time to come out.

We come out and inspect

Inspections take about 30 minutes. We check the shingles, flashing, and valleys, and photograph everything so you can see exactly what we see.

You get a written estimate

Itemized, with the full price. If the roof needs work, we'll walk through your options. If it doesn't, we'll tell you to save your money.

Yes, really. If the roof is in good shape, we'll tell you and that's the end of it.
QHow long does an inspection take?
Usually about 30 minutes — 20 on the roof, 10 going through the photos with you afterward.
QWill I be pressured to sign anything that day?
No. You'll get the written estimate and it's yours to take your time with. Deciding on a roof is a big call and it shouldn't happen on a doorstep.
